Kristin Whalen advises clients on U.S. corporate and immigration law. Ms. Whalen has experience with corporate transactions, removal proceedings, real estate transactions, and employment law. During her legal studies, Ms. Whalen clerked with Family Dollar Stores, Inc., Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, and MKN Employment Law Solutions. Ms. Whalen’s experiences of studying and teaching in Germany and Austria have provided her with insight into the culture, politics, and history of these countries. Prior to beginning her career in law, Ms. Whalen was a high school German teacher for eight years in New Jersey.
