* DEFINITION OF CLIENT ORIGINATION: A client is considered originated by an attorney when: 1) The client’s relationship with the firm is established solely through the attorney’s direct, independent efforts. 2) The attorney uses their own personal or professional networks, including family, friends, or other connections unrelated in any way to BridgehouseLaw. 3) The introduction is not linked, directly or indirectly, to BridgehouseLaw’s existing clients, firm-sponsored events, professional reputation, or any relationships cultivated through the attorney’s employment at the firm. NON-ORIGINATION: A client is not considered originated by an attorney when: 1) The client is referred through an existing BridgehouseLaw client, even if the referral passes through an intermediary (e.g., an accounting firm or consultant). 2) The client is introduced as a result of the firm’s resources (including marketing efforts, BridgehouseLaw’s existing professional network or partnerships, Firm-sponsored events, or outreach programs.), reputation, or relationships. 3) The attorney establishes a connection with the client through their employment at BridgehouseLaw or by working on behalf of a firm client.
