Kiah works with BridgehouseLaw’s Vancouver litigation practice group. She was called to the Bar in September 2020 after articling with the firm.

She returned to Vancouver after completing her LL.B at the University of Edinburgh and LL.M at The London School of Economics. Kiah’s dissertation, titled “Victim Participation: Strategies for Canada from the International Criminal Court”, combined her interests in public international law and victim law. She was an Editorial Board Member and co-chief Copy Editor for the Edinburgh Student Law Review and volunteered for the LSE Pro Bono Society and the Global Legal Action Network in London. Kiah has also conducted extensive research related to health law and the legal aspects of neurotechnology. When not working, Kiah enjoys walking her dog, skiing, and travelling.
