Madeline Person advises clients on corporate and employment law. She frequently advocates for international clients involved in US-based disputes. Ms. Person regularly supports corporate clients with legal entity maintenance and changes, assists with contract risk management, and advises employers in the midst of employee transitions.
During her legal studies, Ms. Person clerked in-house at Swisslog Healthcare and National CineMedia in Denver, CO. She also advocated for small businesses and non-profits during her work at the Community Law and Business Clinic at Wake Forest University. In each of these experiences, she gained a better understanding of the client’s perspective, as well as the unique interests, challenges, and goals of each client. Ms. Person aims to approach each client and situation with an open mind to provide creative solutions that are well-suited to the client’s specific goals.
