Vivien brings an international perspective and a diverse background in business operations, client service, travel, and relationship management to BridgehouseLaw.
Originally from Germany, she has built her career in the United States across several industries, including corporate travel, tourism, project coordination, and business operations.
Throughout her career, Vivien has developed experience in client and partner relations, process improvement, event planning, project coordination, and vendor management. Working across different cultures and business environments has given her a practical understanding of the communication and coordination required in international business.
At BridgehouseLaw, Vivien supports the Office of the Chairman and the German Desk, assisting with communication, coordination, relationship development, and cross-border initiatives between the United States and German-speaking markets. A native German speaker who is fluent in English, she brings valuable cultural understanding and a transatlantic perspective to her role.
Outside the office, Vivien is active in Charlotte’s pickleball and Latin dance communities. A longtime salsa and Latin dance enthusiast, she also teaches dance and enjoys staying involved in Charlotte’s growing dance community. An avid traveler, Vivien enjoys discovering new places, cultures, and experiences.
