Cole Haaf received his J.D. from Boston University School of Law. He serves clients as a member of the firm’s Business Transactions, Corporate Law, and Immigration Law practice areas.
Mr. Haaf has worked alongside teams of transactional lawyers, in-house counsel, and consultants on a wide variety of matters. His experience includes complex corporate transactions, commercial real estate closings, and diligence for prospective mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Haaf wrote for the Boston University School of Law’s Review of Banking & Financial Law journal, exploring the unresolved legality of daily fantasy sports and recommending regulatory solutions.
Outside the office, Mr. Haaf enjoys travelling, skiing, and golfing. He is an avid sports fan and, as a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill, takes every opportunity to root for his North Carolina Tar Heels.
