Crystal McBride is an associate attorney in our Charlotte, North Carolina office, specializing in both domestic and international human resources law.

Her expertise spans GDPR compliance, employee onboarding and offboarding, and navigating wage and hour laws, as well as organizational restructuring, workforce reductions, and due diligence during mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.

Before transitioning to law, Crystal held high-level HR positions, which now enhance her legal practice with rich, practical experience. A proud veteran of the US Air Force, she possesses an intimate understanding of veterans’ benefits, enabling her to adeptly support veterans navigating the federal benefits system. Her international acumen is shaped by living and working in South Korea and the United Kingdom, as well as by her engagements with various European Union nations.

A native New Yorker, Crystal moved to Charlotte after spending five years in the UK. An avid traveler, she frequently visits family in Italy's Puglia region. In her leisure time, Crystal enjoys cooking, sewing, reading, and exploring new places. She is married with three grown children and enjoys the companionship of her Dalmatian, Valentino.
