Will earned his Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from North Carolina State University. He has been licensed to practice law in North Carolina since 2003.

Prior to joining BridgehouseLaw LLP, Will founded Culpepper Law, PLLC, where he represented a large international corporate client in complex legal, regulatory, and legislative matters while advising on business operations, compliance, risk management, budgeting, and strategic planning. He also successfully advocated on behalf of clients before governmental agencies and legislative bodies, helping businesses navigate evolving regulatory environments, avoid costly operational disruptions, and resolve a variety of legal disputes, including contract, lease disputes, and business-related matters.

Before establishing his own practice, Will spent nearly two decades advising and representing a diverse client base that included manufacturers, energy providers, recycling companies, service providers, and other businesses on legal, regulatory, legislative, and operational matters. His experience includes contract disputes, regulatory compliance, government relations, risk management, stakeholder negotiations, business strategy, and helping companies navigate complex legal and regulatory challenges.

Earlier in his career, Will served as an Assistant Public Defender in Forsyth County, where he represented clients at all stages of criminal proceedings, conducted trials, argued motions, negotiated resolutions, and advocated for clients in court. This litigation experience provides him with a strong courtroom foundation that continues to benefit his clients today.
