Alan is a member of the litigation practice group at BridgehouseLaw’s Vancouver office. He practices in a broad range of commercial and civil litigation matters including contract or business disputes, negligence and product liability claims, immigration matters, wills and estates litigation, and real estate disputes.
Alan has represented a diverse set of clients before the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia, as well as administrative tribunals such as the Human Rights Tribunal, the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada and the Superintendent of Motor Vehicles.
Alan is fluent in Vietnamese and is active in the local Vietnamese community. Outside of work, Alan enjoys exploring international destinations or locally owned restaurants with his wife.
