Mark's main practice focus is in the areas of corporate, energy, finance, international, private equity, and real estate law. He has over 25 years of cross border transactional experience and has assisted clients in legal matters related to structuring, financing, and operating U.S. subsidiaries and real estate.
Mark has a wealth of experience in real estate matters, especially bridge/mezzanine and senior secured loans; leasing industrial, office, and retail property; and the acquisition, financing, and sale of commercial, industrial, and retail projects. In addition, Mr. Stowers was also General Counsel to a $400m private company and member of the management team that grew the company over 300% with four corporate acquisitions and 40+ real estate transactions.
Based on his experience as a principal and General Counsel, Mark provides clients with both legal and practical business solutions.
