Vice President
May the US Vice President be asked to resign?
This is the questino of the week, discussed among several lawyers after a TV show discussed the problem.

Even legal websited discuss the question now, so if you feel like being a constitutional law expert, here we go.
“Under the original Constitution, the Vice President is not formally given any executive responsibilities. The Constitution of 1787 specified only two real jobs for Vice Presidents. One is to wait around in case the President is unable to discharge his duties.”
But now after Vice President Richard B. Cheney is under some public discussion, mayhe be asked to resign by the President?
What is your oppinion?
Greetings
und viele Grüße aus Charlotte
