BridgehouseLaw is pleased to announce that Crystal McBride is joining our Charlotte team as an Associate Attorney.

Before law school, Crystal held several director and executive leadership human resources positions. She is well versed in foreign and domestic human resources and employment obligations, including GDPR, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, company handbooks, HR systems, wage and hour laws, organization restructuring, reduction in forces, layoffs, and due diligence procedures during company mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.

Ms. Bagnardi McBride has lived and worked in South Korea and the United Kingdom. While living in the UK, she worked with people from many European Union nations and traveled extensively throughout Germany, Spain, and Italy. Additionally, during law school Crystal took the opportunity to study international law abroad in The Hague, Netherlands.

Crystal retired from the US Air Force active military service in 2016. Her intimate knowledge of veterans’ benefits enables her to understand the unique challenges veterans can face when navigating the federal benefits system.

Crystal is a New York native who moved to Charlotte, NC after living in the UK for five years. Crystal enjoys traveling to Italy to spend time with her family that lives in the Puglia, IT region. She also loves to spend time with her family, cook, sew, read, and travel. Crystal is married, has three grown children, and a Dalmatian named Valentino.
